Happy Friday, Everyone!!

So, this has been a funny week ... Time for the Five Fav Friday!!

1. On Tuesday, I had the 2nd part of my massage (a gift from Bryan for Christmas)!! It was soo nice! Always a treat! I remined him that my birthday's in May, and anniversary in June ... I don't mind early presents! These professional massages are addicting!!

2. I have had a stomach ache on and off for about three days!! I have no idea what started it ... hopefully it will go away soon!!

3. Our old fridge is STILL in our kitchen! I think Bryan and I have been so busy, that we just now noticed that it is still there! We are having a party at our house for our friends who get married in 2 weeks ... it will be gone by tomorrow!!

4. Tonight's the RODEO!! YES!! Bryan's parents came in to go with us! Jaime, Darren and Charlotte are also joining us!! I can't wait! Pics for sure to come!!

5. This week, we had a blessing (you could call it that) fall into our hands, or I guess it's really my hands ... and we totally believe it's a God thing! We can't wait for the weeks to come!! (PS- I am not pregnant ... I posted this here before, but it got deleted somehow! Sorry!)

Wizard of Oz

In the Nutcracker program, there was an advertisement about the upcoming Wizard of Oz play! I was really interested in it ... and as long as it was NOT ballet, Bryan said he would like to go also! Well, my Aunt Kathryn got 2 season tickets to all the plays through Civic Theatre, so I decided to go with her (there was some ballet, so Bryan decided not to attend)!!

Right after I took these pictures, this lady came up behind me and told me that I could take pictures of the set and stuff now, but not when the play started! I just laughed and said yes ma'am ... that was why I had taken the pictures then! This was like 10 minutes before the show started!! hehe

Olivia's Wedding

Continuing on Saturday, a good friend, Olivia, from school got married! It was my first catholic and Spanish wedding! We would pick up a couple words every once in awhile ... but otherwise we were clueless most of the time!!

So, I had an extremely cute video of the girls, but it's really really dark ... and you can't tell what's going on! I guess the lighting was bad, even though I could see them on my camera! But anyways, here's what happened: D'Laney and Maddie were playing around, and Olivia walked up! She tried to get the girls to come give her a hug, but neither one of them would go to her! So, D'Laney looked at Maddie and went behind her and pushed her towards Olivia! It was sooo funny! and I was excited that I had it on video ... but oh so mad, that it looks bad!! Maybe next time!! Skylar's wedding is coming up, the first weekend in March! Had a blast with you girls!!

Charlotte's Shower

There was a wedding shower for Darren and Charlotte at Paul-Ann on Saturday at 10AM! Nice time for friends and fellowship ... and some great gifts!!

After this shower, I headed over to Wells Fargo to celebrate another upcoming wedding! Skylar's shower was from 11-1, so I was a little late ... no pictures were taken!

I have 2 "Whoops" to talk about ...

On Tuesday, I wore my new necklace to work! I wore a black, loose turtleneck! When I went to take off my shirt, I forgot about the necklace around my neck ... Until I heard a POP!! The cheapo chain (which Bryan said in the store that he was going to buy another chain because he said it looked cheap and was ugly) snapped under just a little pressure! I'm just glad I was at home when this happened! Whoops!

Yesterday, I had just finished up with Paul-Ann and House of Faith and I was driving home! Well, right past Wal-Mart, the speed limit is 55 going out of town, but soon it turns to 70/65 ... well the light was green, so I just kept up my speed, and was at 65 before I could even see the sign! WHOOPS! Of course their was a cop, he turned his lights on a pulled me over! I was like dangit there goes my record! He was the nicest cop ever ... I had my license and insurance ready for him! He said I got you at 67 in a 55! (Crap, 12 over ... that's definitely a ticket!) He asked how my night was, where I was coming from, and if I still lived on boys ranch! I had prepared myself for a ticket ... I deserved one! Then he came back ... "Mrs. Neal, I'm just going to give you a warning this time!" THANK YOU, JESUS!! Maybe saying I was coming from House of Faith and living on the boys ranch helped ...

Let's Hope today is a "WHOOPS" free day!!

Great Valentine's Weekend

Bryan came in about 5PM on saturday, so we decided to hit up Chili's ... this could become a tradition, since that is where we went last year on Valentine's Day!

Elizabeth came into town this evening ... had not seen her since Christmas, since she moved to Dallas! Honey Brown was playing at Graham's and if you showed up as a couple before nine, you got in free! So we decided to join Liz and Chris! Jill and Jenny joined us later!! It was fun ... but by 11:30, I was exhausted!

On Sunday afternoon, we hung out with Liz before she had to leave!!

For Valentine's Day, I decided to make tutu's for my neices!

*Update: The box made it to the hotel this afternoon!! YEAH! Bryan called me earlier and he was already reading his book!

Bryan left for San Antonio this morning with the boys ... They should be home on saturday (Valentine's Day), but I'm not holding my breath!

This morning I asked him where they were staying, and he said Howard Johnson or Day's Inn ... I wanted to say, No you are staying at a Econo Lodge, but that would give my surprise away!

Yesterday, I mailed off a little something for him to recieve at his hotel ...

I mailed it yesterday (wed.) around noon. Now, for $25, I was guaranteed that it would be there by friday at 3PM ... which would be perfect!! Then for $8, it would probably be there by friday! Of course, I went the $8 route ... so I'm praying it gets there before he leaves!!

Weekend in K-Ville

With Bryan going to stock shows, he has tons of hours saved up ... we decided to go to Kerrville this past weekend! I took off Friday, and we headed that way around noon!

THe New Clothes ...

Bryan called me yesterday and cheered me up with one simple sentence!!

"You got a package in the mail!"

Yes, my bargain clothes came in ... and I love them all!! I averaged $4 per shirt (that's tax, and shipping included)!

Now, I really need to go through my closet and weed out the ones I haven't worn in awhile!!

Go, Steelers!!

As of yesterday at lunch ... Bryan and I were very excited that the Steelers won! You might ask why ...

BRYAN WON $700 WORTH OF STORE CREDIT AT GOLF, ETC.

He said that he already knows what he wants ... But then again, he probably knew what he would get "if he won" when he went into the store to by the squares for the game!!

Also, we are officially the new owners of this bad boy ...

This fridge was discounted down to a great price at Lowe's ... and then when you add a 10% discount from your Aunt/Uncle's company ... it's a deal you can't pass up! YEAH!

It's going to be a great week!!

Too Bad for the Cardinals

We watched the game last night at our friend's house! Dustin's b-day is Feb. 4th, so they had a Super Bowl/ B-Day Party!! I didn't take any pictures ... actually my camera never made it out of the car! Too Bad!!

Yeah for an exciting game ... Shucks, for a disappointing loss!
