No Camera ... No Fun

I like having pictures in my post ... Most of you know this by now! Well last Tuesday, we spent the evening at Brian and Sarah's house for some cousin time! I didn't take a single picture, then I left my camera there! My camera is now in my mother's hands ... which will hopefully be in mine by the end of the day! Until then ... have a wonderful Monday!

P.S. - Counting down the days until our neice enters this world ... 6 days until due date! My guess is the 3rd or 8th! Come on, Emery, It's great out here!!

A New Hobby

Over the past month, something has began to spark my interest! Sewing! I have heard from a couple of my friends who have made a couple things ... cute things! So while in the fabrics store on Sunday, I looked at the different patterns and all the cute clothes you can wear! I talked to my mema, and she has decided to guide me through my first item! I bought a pattern for a skirt and pj pants! I am so excited and can't wait to begin this process!

Any tips? After I make the skirt and pj pants, I will buy a sewing machine! Anybody favor a certain brand? Any certain functions you really like? Anything!

Weekend Recap

This weekend, we had a wonderful time in Kerrville! Saturday, we had a Family Reunion ... lots of names, that I won't remember next year! I got to hang out with Bryan's cousin, Anna ... We know each other so well through our blogs, but rarely get to see each other! Sure was fun! Kristi took us to Camp Verde for some shopping at their general store! So Neat ... I will have to get Bryan to go back with me!

Sunday, I learned that you are never to old to play in a sprinkler on a hot summer day! We had some good times ... and lots of stories to tell them when they get older!

You have no idea how hard it was
to get a decent picture with these three!

Bella, wearing Landry's sunglasses ...
Yes, they are unside down!

Landry, Mimi & Bella ...
Bella definitely got most of the sprinkler!

Check out Bella's face ...

Landry needed to wash Bella's feet!

As the water is being sprayed in Bella's face ...
Landry says, " It's ok Bella, It's just WATER!"
Mimi and I had laughed soo hard!!

Watering Mimi's Flowers!

What a Beauty!

Landry had just got her Aunt Susan
very wet ... Bella thought this was
funny and laughed very hard!

Washing Pawpaw's Truck ...
I am sure he appreciated the gestrure!

Bella, including Mimi in the fun!

My beautiful Landry ...
she was cleaning my leg for me!

Soon enough, I will have three beautiful neices to spoil!

Happy Father's Day

Daddy, You are an amazing man! I thank God all the time for giving me to you and mom!

Thank you for being a wonderful husband ...
so that when I got married, I knew what a strong marriage looked like!

Thank you for walking me down the isle ...
and being so strong for me!

Thank you for ALL the little things you do for us ...
like making this awesome dog house for Bevo
(which saved us about $100.00)!!

I guess what I'm trying to say is ...
Thank you for being YOU!

I love you soo much!

Oh MY!!

This is what happens when girls get to talking ... and quit paying attention to the kids!! We were all sitting in the living room/kitchen ... then we noticed that there were no kids, and it was pretty quiet in the house! This is what we found in the bathroom! Madison had put make-up on Noah's face! Even put some in his eyebrows! We enjoyed the laugh!

Look at the colors ..
Madison had one color on the left side of his face,
then had a different color on his right side!!

I am still laughing about it!!

Too cute ...
Noah had his on his head!

Joshua was playing on the floor ... Noah just came and laid by him and started kissing on him!! It was sooo cute! Susan had to get her camera out!! Look at those big chocolate eyes!
Madison joined the picture ...
but Noah would not let her lay on his arm like Joshua was!

A Clay Bird Shoot

Bryan left Saturday morning around 6:30 AM to participate in a clay bird shoot! I thought I would be sleeping in a little ... Nope, both Bryan and Sarah called me by 7:30 AM! SO I went up there to watch the gang!

Bryan shot really well ...
Even with the wind blowing hard!

Uncle Benny shot the first couple of rounds,
then Sarah stepped in and did wonderful!

Andrew had the best score from our team with a 73 out of 100 ...
(Bryan was 2nd with a 65)!The Gang!
Enjoying some good brisket!

A Possible Career Change?

I am thinking of quiting my job, throwing teaching out ... and moving onto to HAIR! Bryan was my first customer! I did it for free because it was my first official hair cut! But I will definitely be charging him next time!

Doesn't he look 'thrilled'?

Just a little fun along the way!

After about 90% or more of his hair was cut off,
we were finally done!

The Final Product!

I am now taking appointments!

Anniversary Gifts

So this post is a little late ... along with other things in our lives! As most of you know, Bryan and I participated in a flu study, then paid quite well! Both of us received a check in the amount of $320.00 in May ... and decided to splurge this on anniversary gifts!
Bryan's new pistol ...
This is his first gun to buy!

I think diamond studs are just gorgeous ...
The fake ones were always just fine, but I have always wanted a real pair!

So Wonderful

That is my answer to: How was your anniversary weekend?

Getting ready to go into Six Flags' water park!

Well, apparently I got my dates mixed up ... and the water park actually doesn't open up until Friday, June 6th! So we decided that we would go to Schlitterbahn since we were already decked out in our bathing suits!

Here we are driving down I35!

Enjoying a HOT Day swimming!

Walking the Riverwalk!

So Benihana's was not what we expected it to be...
But we still enjoyed it!

Overall, Bryan and I had a wonderful anniversary! This past year has flown by so fast ... it seem like a blurr! We are excited to see what God has in store for our 2nd year of marriage!
