Disaster

On Monday, Bryan and I went down to the gym after supper ... when we walked in the door, you could hear water running!! Not a good sign!! He turned on the lights ... and there was so much water!!

One of the cottage parents had taken their kids to the gym on Sunday ... and someone left the urinal running! (Bryan says that you have to wiggle it, to get the water to stop ... but he said all of the boys know that!!)

It started here ...
the floor had about an inch of standing water!

That was cool!!

Also, the water went through the wall on the left of urinal ... into the gym!! There was water along that wall under the bleachers ... that sucked cleaning up!! It took us and 3 boys about 2 hours to clean up ... not fun at all!!

Flag Football

This weekend the boys had a flag football tourney! On Friday ... it was a beautiful day! On Sunday ... it was a beautiful day! On Saturday ... ugh it was so cold and NOT a beautiful day!! Our first game on Saturday was at 9 AM ... we watched the game from the car!

Our Last Calm Weekend

On saturday (while Bryan was working), I went and enjoyed lunch with Joanna and Sidnee!! This sweet little girl will be 1 in Feb.

The rest of the day ... Bryan and I enjoyed a peaceful evening at home!!

On Sunday, we went to my cousin's baby shower! She is having a boy ... due March 5th!

This is a picture that I took this morning ...

Bryan told me that I better blog about this ... since I blog about everything else in our lives! He even threatened to get on here and blog about it himself, but his side would be worse than my side!

So yesterday, right on the outskirts of San Angelo, my fuel light came on! Well during the day, a cold (very cold) front came in! When I left work at 5PM, I was freezing and was not in the mood to put gas in my car! I called Bryan and told him that I didn't want to ... but if he wanted to meet me at Wal-Mart he could do it for me! That didn't fly! So I drove home! This morning, after he made his tutorial run to the school, he waited for me and was planning on following me into town ... but we both forgot the fuel can! (this all sounds so silly as I type it!) So he drove home ... and I told him that I'm about 90% positive I'm going to make it to Wal-Mart! hehe About 2 minutes after I hung up the phone with him, and about 3 miles from Wal-Mart ... my car ran out of gas!! WHoops!

Now, I know that I should have filled my car up yesterday! I was in a selfish mood, and did not feel like doing it for myself! Sometimes I do stupid things ... Please tell me I'm not alone!

Everyone have a safe and wonderful weekend ... and put gas in your cars when your low! hehe

Our 1st Project Together - Day 4

Saturday afternoon, we got a lot of work done!

Measuring the inside to make sure everything would work!!

1st Injury for Me:
I was playing with the tape measure, and I pushed the button for it to slide in ...
it came in really fast and busted me on the knuckle!

(it sure doesn't look back in the picture, but it hurt like crap when it happened!)

This is Bryan's injury of the day!! hehe

Day 4 was filled with blood, arguing, measuring and remeasuring to make sure it's going to fit, and finally a table that can be worked on at our house!!

When I say day 4 ... it's not exactly true! Bryan went in a couple times, and would put another layer of stain on the table! I have not considered those days!
