Friday Fave Five
Hallelujah! It's Friday! You know what that means ... The weekend is almost here! This weekend is extra special for Bryan and I ... We will be celebrating our ONE YEAR Anniversary on Monday, June 2ND! Boy, are we excited!! But we will talk more about that later ...
Onto my Five Favorite things about this past week:
1.) Monday was a much needed day off! Bryan and I loved having a three-day weekend ... which makes a four-day week to follow! We enjoyed it with fellowship at Liz's house!
2.) So for the past couple of weeks, Bryan and I have been trying to decide what special thing we wanted to do at San Antonio! Sky Diving came up, a new baseball glove for Bryan or even a really nice hotel on the river walk ... But then Bryan started to look up San Antonio Spurs tickets! So, we purchased 2 tickets for Game Six, which would have been played tomorrow! Don't worry ... If game six was not needed, then we would be getting a full refund! So right now, we are in the sad process of getting our money back .... So I am sure you are wondering now, what is my favorite thing about this incident! Well, Bryan and I decided that it was much better for us to watch a loss for the spurs on tv rather than in person! If you have never watched a game with Bryan, let me try to explain. He is not very pleasant if his team is losing! I can not imagine us watching the game, the spurs losing and Bryan throwing a fit! So even though I am sad that we will not be watching the game ... I think it is better for our anniversary weekend!
3.) I enjoyed my very first ... professional ... hour long ... MASSAGE! It was wonderful! Bryan gave it to me for Christmas!

4.) Graduation: We attended Wall's Graduation last night to watch family and friends walk the stage (w/o falling on their face)! Graduation is such an exciting time in your life ... you see "Joy" written all over their faces! And Yes, I actually remembered my camera!
Me, Andrew and Bryan.

5.) Today, Bryan and I are leaving ... on a jet plane! Well not really a jet plane, but we are heading to San Antonio for our ONE YEAR Anniversary! Then, we are taking next week off to hang out with a special lady who is coming in on Tuesday evening! So, we are very excited about our vacation time off!

Humor Runs in my Family ...
My mema always sends us a card in the mail (even when we lived one house over)! So on Friday, when I was going through the mail, I came across a card from her! I opened it up and this is what it said:
Did you catch the mistake? Click here if you need a reminder!

To the Blogging World ...
I am failing at my duty to keep all of y'all informed on our lives lately! We have been busy, but I have had no recent pictures ... so I haven't blogged! I love blogs w/ lots of pictures in it ... but this next one, you will have to use your imagination!
On Friday, We went to Irion County's Graduation! We watched 3 boys ranch kids walk the stage ... they were so excited! It made us think back 6 Years ago for me ... 9 years for Bryan! You go all through school ... waiting to be a senior and graduate high school! Then it's finally here! What a relief ... like someone is taking a load off of your shoulders! Congrats to all you seniors this year!!
Saturday, I had a nice ... long lunch with my great friend, Victoria! It was very nice! After that, Bryan was at the mall w/ some of his boys! I hit some bargains at Old Navy! They had these zipped sweater hoodies that were regular $34 ... they had them clearanced to $2.97! I got two different colors, and bought one for my cousin! Then we had a wedding at my church at 6:30 P.M. It was a very nice wedding ... and we got to see lots of our friends!
Sunday was a very special day for me ... I turned 24 years old! Whoa, the years are coming quick! We went to church, then to papa's for lunch! Then attented a baby shower for Trey and Heather ... they are expecting a little girl in july! Lots of girly items and ONE little boy outfit was given to them! After that, we went to my Uncle Ronnie's for his annual Memorial Day bar-b-que! Yum Yum food .... and a win for the spurs!
On Monday, both Bryan and I had the day off! So we helped Liz throw her own bar-b-que! We played croquet, washers, ping pong and wiffle ball! Bryan cooked chicken breast and shrimp on the grill! Yum Yum!
Also, the past couple of nights have been ending with a swim for us! They finally opened the pool at Boy's Ranch! So, Bryan and I have been going down there to get in a couple of laps! It's sooo nice!
We had a wonderful (busy) weekend!!

Bed Sheets
Need a Laugh?
An extremely modest man was in the hospital for a series of tests, the last of which had left his bodily systems extremely upset. Upon making several false alarm trips to the bathroom, he decided the latest episode was another and stayed put. He suddenly filled his bed with diarrhea and was embarrassed beyond his ability to remain rational. In a complete loss of composure he jumped out of bed, gathered up the bed sheets, and threw them out the hospital window. A drunk was walking by the hospital when the sheets landed on him. He started yelling, cursing, and swinging his arms violently trying to get the unknown things off, and ended up with the soiled sheets in a tangled pile at his feet. As the drunk stood there, unsteady on his feet, staring down at the sheets, a hospital security guard (barely containing his laughter), who had watched the whole incident, walked up and asked, "What the heck is going on here?" The drunk, still staring down replied: "I think I just beat the crap out of a ghost."

New Title: Life in our Borring Shoes
Not much has been happening in the Neal household ... But here is a small update anywazy!
Over the weekend, we traveled to the beautiful town of Kerrville for Ryan and Marissa's baby shower! They were definitely showered with many gifts!! They are now just waiting for the arrival of their little girl ... around 7 weeks to go!
Also over the weekend, our good friend, Adam Ruccio, came to San Angelo ... he is in the Navy or Marines ( I am not really sure, and I know they are all proud of themselves)! Last year, we asked him to be an usher in our wedding, but in the middle of April, he had to move to Cuba! This is his 2 weeks vacation time ... It will be fun having him around for awhile!
How 'bout them Spurs? Man, the whole game they had a lead, and everything looked good! But then at the very end with just a couple minutes left, they have to make things interesting! Luckily, they were able to hold on to their lead ... and pull away w/ a WIN!
No pictures in this update either ... Sad Day! I forgot my camera at home over the weekend!
Everyone enjoy the rest of the week!

My Mom and I have lunch at Subway every once in awhile! Well today, Joanna called me and I told her to come along! It was a surprise for my mother! We had a wonderful time! Mean Ole Allergies
I went to bed last night with swollen red eyes, an ichy nose and a horrible headache! My headache stayed with me throught he night! When I got out of the shower this morning, I was so cranky .... I didn't think anything would make it better! My sweet and wonderful husband says, "Happy 2 Year Anniversary!" Whoa! I am the one that always says that first! I had totally forgot that it was already May! My headache went away for a little bit, so that I could enjoy that moment for a few seconds! It's back and still pushing on!
We have 3 dates that we'll always be extra special to us:
-May 1st, 2006- Bryan and I began "dating"!
-December 1st, 2006- Bryan proposed to me!
-June 2nd, 2007- We got hitched.
The Husband is bringing me another allergy pill! Hopefully it will kick in, before I kick something!
