A Late Night Baseball Game

Tonight, Bryan took the boys to Mertzon. Rumor has it that a group of older guys were going to get together and play softball after the little leaguers!! We thought they would start around 6PM ... well, the 5th,6th graders started their game at 8PM!! It was 10PM by the time they started picking teams!

The Many Sleeping Positions of Bevo ...

We took the dogs to Kerrvile this past trip! I am so thankful that we have dogs that are fine in the car! They are both wonderful on car rides!

The only problem is: Bevo has the hardest time finding a place to sleep!

So, I decided to take pics of his different positions throughout the trip (and I even missed a couple)!!

Crazy Week

This past week has been utterly crazy!!

I had three 2-10PM shifts at the hospital, which are the hardest for me: Monday, Thursday and Saturday!

Also, my Aunt was gone all week ... spending some quality time with her cousins and sister in Jamaica!!! So I have been working a lot at the office, to make sure the place doesn't burn down!! ;)

We also made a quick trip to Kerrville ... thursday evening to saturday morning ... just to hang out! More pictures to come from that trip later!!

So, nothing exciting here right now!!

Well, I have a 6-2PM shift tomorrow at the hospital ... so I better get to bed!!

We drove to Kerrville on Thursday evening, and then left on Saturday morning (both of us had to work that evening)!!!

Lazy Sunday

This morning, Bryan played in a golf tournament with my cousins, Brian and Andrew, and his buddy, Brandon! They played ok (as per Bryan) ... they came up 5th overall! Not bad, I say!!

Then from 1-2PM, I helped at the Shannon booth at the Children's Miracle Network Fundraiser! It was extremely crowded!

If you would have walked into our bedroom at 3PM, this is what you would have seen ... with me on the other side of Cash and Violet!

Best Date Ever

My Sweet hubby planned a date for us on Saturday! He wouldn't tell me anything about it!

On Saturday, he told me to be ready in casual clothes (shorts, tennis shoes) by 5 o'clock! After work, he ran into town and got some things, then came and picked me up! Finally, he told me that we were bar-b-queing by the lake, fishing, etc.!! Exciting!

A Surprise for Jaime

Jaime's Birthday is today, so we had a surprise party for him on Wednesday evening!! He ususally meets a couple of guy friends for some "guy time"! So it was a perfect chance to surprise him!!

Just a Reminder ...

We officially have no excuse for forgetting our anniversary!

I have been wanting to do this for a long time, and I finally found someone that would do it on Bryan's ring! Two other jewelry stores told me they could not do it! There is a place in the Mall near Sears and Bealls ... he charged $15 for both!

ASU Baseball Game

Bryan took some of the guys to the baseball game on today! The game was ok ... ASU was winning pretty easily! But the best part of the game were there 2 guys, sitting right in front of us ... yelling the whole game! They had the roster for the other team, so they knew all the players names! They would yell, "JAMES" ... and the short stop would look ... it was really funny!! They were dissing the pitchers ... distracting the batters! We had quite a few laughs!

We left Katy yesterday around noon ... hitting some extremely hard rain! It finally let up about 30 minutes after we left, but was drizzily for another 2 hours! Then it was sunny skies the rest of the way!!

We stopped in San Antonio because the boys wanted to play ... at a motorcycle shop and then dick's sporting goods!! We made it into K-ville around 5:30PM! We ate wings at Ryan's house (thanks for cooking), watching The Office and just relaxed!

Sunday, we slept in. For lunch, Ryan grilled some delicious burgers. We played with Emery (always) as the boys watched sports on TV!

We left K-ville around 3:30PM ... which put us home right at 6PM! Bryan and I ran to my parents house to pick up the kids, ate yummy Panormous pizza from Pizza Hut, enjoyed some funny videos on AFV ... then headed home!

We took a walk down to the river, so that the dogs could take a swim. But there were boys fishing, so no swimming!

Silly Ole Housekeeping came by at 8:30AM to clean up our room ... We were not happy! We feel asleep for a little bit, but shortly after that Bryan had to be ready and in the lobby ... they were meeting to go get their tuxes!!

We had lunch in the hotel's restaurant ... it was very good! Bryan ordered a hamburger, and they came with these cute mini bottles of condiments.
