One Month Old

Today our little man turns ...
ONE MONTH OLD!!

Bryan came home today. He left on thursday morning for the Fort Worth stock show and we are sooo happy to have him home today!!

I think these two missed each other!!

Thanks to my wonderful Mom, who took on TWO whole night shifts for me this weekend! I really enjoyed those extra hours of sleep!

4 Weeks Old

Yesterday, my sweet little handsome man turned 4 weeks old. Whoa!

before Brady was born ... we found this thing where you print images on special paper, then you iron it on to t-shirts!! it was clearanced so we decided we should try it out!

as you can see he has a variety of onesies ....
including his super bowl outfit!

i finally see what everyone has been telling me. this little man looks just like his daddy.

he absolutely loves having his head rubbed. it's a great way to calm him down during a bath or a diaper change.

On the PlayMat

Yesterday, Bryan had one of his bright colored toys and was holding it above his head. When he moved it back and forth, Brady would follow it with his eyes.

So we decided to pull out his colorful playmat.

he checked out all of the toys and colors.

A part of me says that he is not quite coordinated enough to grab at these animals ... but then the other part of me says Your son is the smartest baby alive and has developed early! I guess that comes out in most moms at some point or another.

3 Weeks Old

Our little man is 3 weeks old today!!

He is such a wonderful baby ...

Everyday is such a blessing with this little guy.
we are wearing his newborn outfits as much as possible because he is already starting to get to big for them.

Our First Walk

We ventured out for our first walk this past week! Luckily, we have had a couple days of nice weather!

we bundled him up, and he slept the whole time.

and just for the record, he has lost his umblical cord. it fell off on jan. 11th.

Man, I thought I would have a hard time finding the time to blog ...

but it is just so easy ... when you have so many cute pictures of this little man!

Our First Date

Today, Bryan convinced me to hire a babysitter and go out ... just the two of us.

So, we called my parents, and of course they were more than happy to watch our little man for a couple of hours!

We ate at chili's ... enjoyed their appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert for $20! What a treat! Then, we went to watch Leap Year! It was an excellent movie!


I missed my little man like crazy ...
and was so happy to get him in my arms again!

2 Weeks Old

Our Little Man is 2 weeks old today! He is changing so much.

We also had pictures made at my church in wall for the new church directory. So Brady got all dressed up for the first time.
