a new game to play ...

On Sunday, while at the mall ... we found this little toy store that had some random, but cool stuff! Among is was a game system that had 100 of the really old nintendo games on it ... including mario, duck hunt, pacman, etc.!

All for $39.99!!!

Of course, it sounded too good to be true ... so we bombarded the guy with questions.

The games were in the system, plus TWO wireless controllers and a gun (for the shooting games)!

We (along w/ Chris and Liz) decided that we could not pass up that deal!

the boys were ready to go home and play ...

it's cheap ... but it works!

22 Weeks

Well I feel we are just moving right along!!

-every evening this past week i have had indigestion. sometimes i even have it after lunch.
-baby neal likes to kick around 10:30 every night. always strong enough for Bryan to feel him.
-sleeping is getting uncomfortable for me. i wake up on my back and i can feel pressure under the baby (between hips). so i move to my side ... i usually toss and turn all night, no matter how tired i am.

Dave & Buster's, etc.

On Sunday, we woke up at 9:15am ... I don't remember the last time I slept past 9! We got dressed, packed up ... and headed back to the mall!

We stayed there until about 1pm, then went to go find something to eat!

All of the boys wanted to go to Dave & Busters for food and games! The food was great, and the games were fun!

Elizabeth and Chris joined us for lunch!

Bryan, Elizabeth and Chris tried this jumping game ...
This was the only picture jumping.

Fun Day.

Cowboys vs. 49ers

Bryan was asked to go with another cottage for their family vacation! They were nice enough to invite me also!

We left San Angelo this morning around 10AM ... and headed for Dallas for some football!

After we checked into our hotel, we headed to the mall for a little bit!

Then around 4:30PM, the boys left for the stadium. Pam (cottage mom) and I took the 6:15 shuttle from our hotel to the game! We didn't care to go hours early and walk around!

"The Cactus Cuties" singing the National Anthem.

we were in the nose-bleed section.

enjoying some football.

me, taking plenty of pictures ...
and not really paying attention to the game.

Romo passing the ball ...

the screen is huge.

#28 going in for a TD!

in attempt to find the "big" pro shop ...
the stadium is so hard to get around.
Could it be ... the real Jason Witten?!
no, it's just bryan trying to find the van.

Even though we left early (don't ask me why, they said the boys were getting ancy) ... and the cowboys lost (which they were at least tied when we left) ... we still had a blast!

The Baby Bedding

Well we finally agreed on some fabric for the baby bedding! My aunt came into town, so we bought the correct amount, and she is getting started!

We can't wait to see the finally project!

Along with most everything else (besides clothes), we decided the baby bedding would be neutral!

Jungle Babies
A pattern that was already made for the blanket!
There was also a fabric to make a book ....

Next decision ...
What to paint in his room?

A Little Practice

Last Night, we decided to practice our swaddling! Now of course, the best thing to practice with would be a baby doll ... but we don't have any at our house!! So we used the next best thing!!

Our Two Choices ...

We decided against Bevo ...
he was just way to big for the blankets!

Step 1: Place Baby (Dog) in middle of blanket.

Step 2: Take one of the edges and place over Baby ...
Make sure your secure arm tightly under blanket!

Step 3: Fold Bottom Corner Up.

Step 4: Take the Last Edge and Wrap tightly around Baby.

Viola ...

Did I ever mention that I have the best dog ever?!

a Strange Site

When we drove home from Kerrville today, we saw a helicopter in the fields next to our house!

Bryan went and investigated it ... his boss told him that the U.S. Customs were driving somewhere and a fuel light came on. So they just happen to land in our field! They hovered right about the ground, and did circles, and other things!! I guess just to test things out! They finally left about 30 minutes later!

21 Weeks

So, I am finally over half way there!! Yes, we are so excited!!

-INDIGESTION: It's horrible! Every evening it presents it's ugly face! It's quite embarassing!! Then sometimes, it's so bad ... that I throw up! A disgusting throw up! It stains my throat with a horrible taste! TMI?
-I feel the baby many times a day now! He loves using my bladder as a punching bag! Bryan feels him every once in awhile!
-I am still ALL belly ... he is very low and out front!
-Can still wear all of my clothes ... but my shirts are getting pretty tight!!

Less than 19 weeks before I meet this little guy!!
(Gotta think positive that he will come on time or early!!)

a 4th Birthday Party

We went to Kerrville this weekend for a FOUR Years Old Birthday Party!

Ryan went camping with his youth group, and Marissa wasn't feeling good ... so we got to take the cutie, Emery, to the party!

Can you guess the theme?

Mimi made Home-Made Root Beer for the party ... Dry Ice is one of the ingredients! Landry was a little scared at first from the smoke, but then loved it! And man, it sure smelt good!

Landry loving on her Emery!
Bella getting her share, too!

All Smiles while we sang to her!
Since Emery had her party last month,
she definitely knew what to do with all of the presents!

Trying to get away with one of the gifts...

We gave Landry a stamp set with extra paper and stickers!

A DOLLHOUSE from her mom and dad!

Landry taking a smack at her My Little Pony pinata!!

Bella's turn ...

and even Emery got a chance!!

Finally, one of me and Emery!

Uncle Bryan and Emery!

Uncle Bryan had to help Emery get some candy after the pinata finally broke!

Lots of Handsome and Beautiful Kids!

Fun Times!

Happy 4th Birthday Landry!!

Love,
Uncle Bryan, Aunt Susan, Baby Neal, Bevo and Violet
