11 Months Old

Brady is 11 months old now .... and i don't know where the time went!

-He weighs 21 lbs.
-He is walking/running everywhere. To catch some of you up, He took his first steps a couple days before he turned 10 months. By 10 1/2 months, he was walking everywhere. It's crazy to see your baby walking places!!
-He still only has TWO teeth ... but we going through some heavy teething right now! I expect the top 2 to pop out anyday!!
-He is a blue-eyed blondie!
-He is such a talker. He says many baby words ... the ones we understand are:
mama, dada, lala and more. He has said ball a couple time, but still not sure if it fits the meaning!
-He loves FRUIT. Grapes, Oranges and Bananas are his favorite. Strawberries and apples are not far behind. He will never turn any of these down.
-and Chicken. White chicken meat! and Lasagna. and most soups (chicken and dumpling, potato). Those are some of his favorite foods.
-He is still one of the happiest kids!
-Great sleeper! He takes 2 naps still! Goes down usually around 8pm, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later! and will sleep until 8am! Unless he is at Lala/Pappy's house ... he gets up at 6am with them! We try to leave that habit at their house!
-Will empty any box around the house! I really appreciate this trait! haha As I type this, He found the box I was going to send to a friend, emptied everything out and now is walking around the box! Thanks Brady!
-Loves Lala's Tea and Mama/Dada's Dr. Pepper .... but we still only give him water, milk and oj in his sippie cup!!

I could go on and on about this little one! But I am going to try and catch up on some blogging!!!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Neal Family

we spent Thanksgiving in Kerrville this year. he enjoyed showing off his walking skills (he can walk anywhere and everywhere)!!

we are thankful for so much that God has given us.
Brady enjoyed pushing all the dolls around in the stroller, and the shopping cart.

He Has Learned how to get OFF the Bed PROPERLY ...

I know I am behind ... I am playing catch up!!

So Ten Months was a big month ...

as you can see, Brady has taken his FIRST STEPS!!

(there is a "walking" post coming soon)

At Ten Months:

Brady is the happiest kid I know!

-is eating sooo good with those two teeth (he still has not gotten any more teeth)!

-has a little formula in the morning and some before bed.

-drinks milk and water in a sippy cup.

-loves drinking from a straw.

-loves WHITE meat. most of the time he spits dark meat out! He's like his momma; I prefer white meat!

-sleeps like an angel. goes down between 8:30-10pm, and wakes up between 7:30-9am.

-army crawls most of the time, and will only go on all fours for short distances or on grass.

-will push a chair around the kitchen.

-says mama, dada and lala

-will chase Violet or Cash or Bevo around the house.

-loves all animals.

-LOVES chasing balls around the house.

-out of a whole bucket of candy, Brady will pick out a DUM DUM! the boys loves suckers!

Can't believe that in TWO Months, My BABY will be a ONE YEAR OLD! Scary!

NINE Months

Man, it's been awhile since i've gotten to post ... It must be because I am chasing around a NINE MONTH OLD!!!

Crazy how fast time flies!!

Brady is doing great! He is one healthy baby! We have experienced a few running noses (probably momma's allergies), a couple fevers (I blame those sharp teeth), and that is about it!! We have been blessed with a very healthy boy!!

At NINE Months:
-weighs in at ???. length?? We go to the doc today for a check-up!
-army crawls/ crawls everywhere.
-pulls up and sometimes lets go.
-makes the funniest faces / noises.
-will mimic noises that we make.
-is sooo LOUD. even if it's screaming just to be loud.
-is sleeping like an angel. usually goes to bed between 9-10pm, and sleeps until 7-8am!!! We might hear him once, but he usually puts himself back to sleep after awhile.
- he plays hard, and sleeps hard. takes usually TWO naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

-he takes a bottle when he wakes up in the morning. then he eats breakfast, which consist of oatmeal or fruit in a jar. He also loves Nilla wafers and graham crackers.

He still has blue eyes and dimples and does little boys stuff,
like eat crickets when he finds then before we do,
banging his head on everything, and
making a mess.
